As Head of Strategic Marketing (m/f/d), you shape the overall marketing strategy and drive the strategic development of our brand. You ensure a consistent and compelling brand experience across all channels and campaigns for both our distribution partners and end customers.

- You continuously improve processes, standards, and ways of working, with a strong focus on efficiency, scalability, and the adoption of automation and emerging technologies, including AI.
- You establish an effective collaboration model with marketing teams across sales organizations and strengthen the global marketing function.

- You have successfully completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a technology-related field with a relevant focus.
- You bring several years of leadership experience in strategic marketing, ideally within an international environment.
- You have strong expertise in brand management, communication channel strategy, and integrated brand and product communications.
- You have a strong affinity for digital trends and marketing technologies, including AI.
- You possess excellent strategic and conceptual thinking skills and consistently translate ideas into impactful results.
- You are proficient in performance management frameworks and methodologies, such as OKRs, KPIs, and the Balanced Scorecard.
- You have experience leading and developing teams, fostering both accountability and professional growth.
- You stand out through your empathy and influencing skills, set clear priorities, and successfully combine empowerment with high performance.
- You have excellent English language skills; good German language skills are desirable.
